The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) is a worldwide
confederation that aims to promote the welfare of society by providing the science of Krishna awareness in accordance with Vedic scriptures and Bhagavad-Gita. The temple at Raman Reti, is an integral part of this movement and was established in 1975 by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
The temple complex encompasses three altars adorned by different deities. The first altar is the seat of Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, the central dais is devoted to Sri Krishna and Balaram and the third one is adorned by Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundara along with his lovely milkmaids, Lalita and Vishakha.
The temple upholds rich traditions and follows rituals and customs very strictly in accordance with the scriptures. Every day six aaratis and 6 bhoga offerings are offered to the deities. The deities change their garments twice daily. All festivals of Sri Krishna are celebrated with much enthusiasm, which offers a great sense of spiritual awakening and ethereal feeling to the devotees.

Kesi Ghat (Vrindavan)
This is the place where Lord Krishna is said to have killed the Kesi demon who appeared in
the form of a gigantic horse. He then took His bath in this very same ghat. This is also very famous bathing place in Vrindavana. An aarti to Yamuna Devi is held here every evening.
Other places of interest include the Sriji Temple, the Jugal Kishore temple, Lal Babu Temple, Kaliya Ghat, Varaha Ghat, Imli Tal and Chira Ghat.
Dwarkadish Temple
Dwarkadhish Temple is an inexorable part of the religious shrines of Mathura.
Mathura is a small town in the western part of Uttar Pradesh. In terms of religion, Mathura is an important place, where Lord Krishna took birth, around 5000 years ago. Located in the eastern part of Mathura, Dwarkadheesh Mandir can be reached easily by means of local transport available in Mathura. It is also accessible from Delhi through regular buses and private taxis.
Dwarkadheesh Temple is one of the most visited shrines of Mathura. Built in 1814, Dwarkadhish Temple is said to have been constructed by Seth Gokul Das Parikh, who was the treasurer of the Gwalior Estate. He was a great devotee of Lord Krishna and erected the shrine to commemorate the deity. In the present day, Dwarikadhish Temple is administered by the followers of the Vallabhacharya sect.
